On yesterday's post I shared a video covering one of the many benefits of using Strava; tracking your running shoe mileage. On today's post, I am sharing a second video that demonstrates what you have to do to add running shoes in Strava in order to be able to select them and track their mileage after each workout.

This follow-up video is pretty straight forward like the first one. However, if for whatever reason there is a part about it you do not understand, please do not hesitate to contact me on social at @3dotjuan or by email at arrietatexas@gmail.com.

If you aren't using Strava yet, you are missing out! It is super simple to join, just go to the app store on your phone, search for Strava, install it, and create a new account---that's all there's to it. Happy running!
